I stopped in for lunch with a friend yesterday to the very popular Huntmans in Galway.
I ordered the ‘Seafood Chowder’ which came with a nice slice of brown bread and a sachet of butter. Unfortunately, the only piece of cutlery provided by the barman was a spoon – which I assume was designed to eat the chowder from the bowl.
While the chowder was absolutely delicious, especially the big chucks of salmon and the mussels, I was left wondering how the barman thought I would spread the butter on my slice of bread! It’s the little details 🙂
