Top 5 Models Chosen for The Galway Eye Beauty Series

The most beautiful face in Galway

I was part of the judging panel which met this afternoon to choose the top 5 models from a phenomenal number of entries. The 5 will now go forward to a public vote. The winning model will feature in a new series I am starting soon for The Galway Eye – which will feature a new makeup look each week.

In conjunction with Mark White Photography, we will be photographing and video recording each makeup session and talking through the products I use, how I use them and the ideas behind each look I create.

Mark will be shooting each of the girls separately in the next few days – before they are put forward for the public vote – which will begin some time next week on The Galway Eye Facebook Page.

Best of luck girls,

Aoife Louise Feeney, MUA

About the Author

Aoife Louise Feeney
Aoife Louise Feeney started taking an interest in make-up when she was about 12. Her sister was the one who actually put the first bit of make up on her face! “I knew from then what I wanted to do. I loved how it made me feel and I really wanted to be able to give people that same feeling when I put their make-up on for them.” In 2015, Aoife completed her first make-up course with MAC Cosmetics MUA Aisling Kelly in Galway Technical Institute. A year later she went on to the School of Make-Up Artistry in Galway and graduated in April of this year. [Hup! – Ed.] “Make-up to me is just such a beautiful thing,” says Aoife. “When you have the opportunity to make people feel amazing, it doesn’t feel like work. As they say – is it really work when your doing what you love!?” If you hadn’t guessed by now, Aoife will be writing about all things beauty and make-up for The Galway Eye.
